Ingredients for making Bitter gourd Seekh Kebab-
Bitter gourd 2
– Cumin 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
Spinach 100 grams
– Black pepper 1/2 tsp grounded
– Khoya 1/2 cup
– Besan 1/2 cup
– Ghee 1 tbsp
-Garlic minced 2 tbsp
Green beans 100 grams
Potatoes 200 grated
– maize 50 grams
– Salt as required
Recipe to make Bitter gourd Seekh Kebab-
To make this, first put ghee in a pan and heat it.
After this, add cumin, garlic and ginger and fry till it becomes golden brown.
Then you add bitter gourd, beans, potato, black pepper and salt and cook it for about two minutes.
After this, add almonds, khoya and corn to it and mix it well.
Then you add roasted gram flour to it and mix well.
After this you knead the dough of this mixture.
Then prepare kebabs with the help of this dough.
After this, you put them in the tandoor to roast them.
After roasting, serve them hot with mint and chilli chutney.
