Major General Tahseen Al-Khafaji stated that the Joint Operations Command “is working to solve the complicated file of Al-Hol camp,” in addition to the border file to end the presence of ISIS in those areas, according to the Iraqi News Agency, “INA”.
He added that ISIS terrorists are still trying to infiltrate from the Iraqi-Syrian border, especially the areas between the joint operations and the Peshmerga forces.
He pointed out that there is “continuous work with the peshmerga to end this issue and stop the flow of ISIS militants.”
Al-Khafaji said that the security forces “are always ready, and hunting these ISIS militants by air or thermal cameras that can kill or arrest them.”
