This victory is a symbol of people’s unwavering faith in BJP’s policy and destiny. I heartily congratulate the people of Gujarat for re-believing in the symbol of BJP’s development and progress in the metropolitan civic elections.
The BJP has a spectacular victory in the elections of 6 municipal corporations in Gujarat on Sunday. The BJP has once again captured all the municipal corporations in Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Surat, Vadodara, Jamnagar and Rajkot. In Surat, the BJP has been in power for 30 consecutive years. The Congress party in Surat has been completely wiped out. The Aam Aadmi Party has emerged as the opposition here. Aam Aadmi Party has got 27 seats in Surat. With this, Gadgad Arvind Kejriwal has also announced that he will also do a road show in Surat on 26 February. BJP’s position in Ahmedabad was also very strong. However, Asaduddin Owaisi’s party account has definitely been opened here.

At the same time, in Rajkot, the city of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, the BJP has made an unbeatable lead by performing brilliantly. Not only this, BJP has got more seats here than in 2015. Overall, the BJP has got majority in Jamnagar, Rajkot, Vadodara and Bhavnagar as well as Surat and Ahmedabad. On one hand, the BJP has won brilliantly, but the worst situation is that of the Congress. The Congress has suffered a setback in this municipal election. Her dating destination promise also did not overcome her drowning eyes. This is the reason why the Congress lagged behind the BJP in almost all the municipal corporations. The Aam Aadmi Party has described the results of Surat as shocking. Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that heartfelt congratulations to the people of Gujarat for starting new politics. Party spokesman Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the people of Gujarat have given a lot of love. Gujarat’s results will reveal many political meanings.

After this victory, there is excitement in the BJP camp and there is tremendous happiness among the workers. At the same time, the Congress has again suffered a severe defeat. The Aam Aadmi Party is also very happy about today’s performance. The biggest reason for the loss of Congress in Surat is being told this time by the Patidar Reservation Committee. Apart from this, the Aam Aadmi Party gave tickets to the highest number of Patidar candidates and campaigned by keeping them at the center. BJP has been winning continuously since 2008 in Ahmedabad. Since 2005 in Vadodara, the BJP has been winning elections here continuously since 1990. Rajkot is also winning the 2005 election. The BJP has been in power since 1995 in Bhavnagar and Jamnagar.
