
Maruti Swift has been a popular hatchback of the company, it was introduced in the new generation avatar in 2017 and since then it has been in great need of a facelift. In between, it has been brought as a separate / special edition but now has to be launched in facelift avatar.

The new generation model of Maruti Swift has been introduced in the international market but it will be introduced in the Indian market in the coming 2 years. In such a situation the facelift model is being launched to woo customers, this hatchback can be given many updates including a refresh design.

Talk about the design, only general updates have to be given in it. The front will be given different size headlamps, new honeycomb mesh grille, with chrome slate in the center. The fog lamp will be taken from the older model but the bumper may be given a new profile.

The side wheels will have alloy wheel design similar to the current model, while the international model has a new design alloy wheel. A new dual tone exterior color option, with black roof, can be offered in the top spec trim. The rear can be kept the same as most older models.

Many changes in the interior are not going to be seen, it can be given a new silver insert and all black theme. It will have 7-inch SmartPlay Studio Infotainment System, Semi Digital Instrument Cluster, 4.2-inch Color MID, Climate Control, Push Button Start etc. as before.

Although its engine will not be changed but Maruti can use the power version of the same 1.2 liter dual jet petrol engine, this engine is going to provide 89 Bhp of power instead of 82 Bhp, while the 113 Newton meter of torque will be provided. Is supposed to

This engine is used in the Baleno and Desire facelift that comes with the Idol Start Stop technology, which helps increase the mileage of the car. After the launch in India, the new Maruti Swift will compete with models like the Hyundai Grand i10 Neos and Ford Figo.
