Jaipur . The supply of co-vaccine and covshield vaccine used under Kovid-19 vaccination in the state has reached the air-conditioned vaccine stores of Jaipur and Udaipur by air on Wednesday. The first phase of Kovid-19 vaccination in the state will start from January 16. In this, Kovid-19 virus vaccine will be applied to health workers working in state and private institutions of the medical field.
Medical and Health Minister, Dr. Raghu Sharma said that the co-vaccine manufacturer Bharat Biotech Limited has 1000 vials (20 doses per violin) and a total of 20 thousand dosages and 4 lakh 43 thousand dosages and 1 lakh of Covishield vaccine manufacturer Serum Institute of India. A total of 5 lakh 63 thousand 500 doses vaccines have been received including 500 doses, which have been maintained safely according to the entire safety and technical parameters. The state has the capacity to preserve more than 3 crore dosages.
Dr. Sharma informed that all preparations and necessary arrangements for Kovid-19 vaccination in the state have been completed. Vaccination management is also being reviewed at the level of the Chief Minister. According to the guidelines set by the Union Health Ministry, only those registered in Kovid online software will be vaccinated.
