new Delhi. Indian Railways is introducing new special trains one after the other for the convenience of passengers in view of festivals. Railways announced several special trains in the same sequence from 18 January. Northern Railway spokesperson Deepak Kumar said on Wednesday that for the convenience of the passengers, the railway will operate festival special trains between Haridwar-Amritsar, Kolkata-Amritsar and Kolkata-Nangaldam.
Howrah-Amritsar-Howrah Festival Special Daily Train
Train number 03005 Howrah-Amritsar Festival Special daily train will depart from Howrah daily at 07.15 pm from January 18 to 20 and reach Amritsar at 08.40 am on the third day. Train number 03006 Amritsar-Howrah Festival Special daily train will depart from Amritsar at 06.25 pm daily from 20 to 22 January and reach Howrah at 07.30 am on the third day. This special train en route Vardhaman, Durgapur, Raniganj, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih, Jhaja, Kyul, Mokama, Bakhtiyarpur, Patna Saheb, Patna, Danapur, Ara, Dumaran, Baksar, Dildarnagar, Jamni, Pandin Dayal Upadhyay, Kashi, Varanasi, Bhadohi, Janghai, Badshahpur, Partapgarh, Amethi, Gauriganj, Jais, Rae Bareli, Bachhranwa, Lucknow, Balamau, Hardoi, Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Rampur, Moradabad, Dhampur, Nagina, Najibabad, Luxor, Rudrapur, Jadugar , Ambala Cantonment, Rajpura, Ludhiana, Fillaur, Phagwara, Jalandhar Cantonment, Jalandhar City and Beas stations will be stationed in both directions.
Kolkata-Amritsar-Kolkata Festival Special Train
Train number 02317 Kolkata-Amritsar Festival Special train will depart from Kolkata on 07 January at 07.40 AM and reach Amritsar at 05.20 PM on the second day. Train number 02318 Amritsar-Kolkata Festival Special train will depart from Amritsar at 05.55 am on January 22 and reach Kolkata at 02.45 pm the next day.
On the way this train Asansol, Madhupur, Jasidih, Jhaja, Kyul, Mokama, Patna Saheb, Patna, Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Jn, Varanasi, Sultanpur, Lucknow, Bareilly, Moradabad, Najibabad, Saharanpur, Ambala Cantonment, Sirhind Jalandhar, Sirhind Jalandhar, Sirhind Jalandhar City Beas will stop in stations in both directions.
Kolkata-Nangaldam-Kolkata Festival Special Train
Train No. 02325 Kolkata-Nangaldam Festival Special train will depart from Kolkata on 07 January at 07.40 am and reach Nangaldam at 03.55 pm on the second day. In the return direction, 02326 Nangaldam-Kolkata Festival Special train will depart from Nangaldam at 06.50 am on 23 January and reach Kolkata at 02.45 pm the next day.
On the way, this special train will stop at Asansol, Jasidih, Jhaja, Kyul, Patna, Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Jn, Varanasi, Lucknow, Bareilly, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Ambala Cantonment, Sirhind, Rupnagar and Anandpur Sahib stations in both directions.
