Anuppur. The court of Special Judge SC / ST Prevention of Atrocities Act Anuppur dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of 28-year-old Mohammed Mustakim son Niyamat Ullah resident Thana Bearmada, accused of rape, after opposition from Additional Public Prosecutor Sudha Sharma.
Prosecuting media in-charge Rakesh Kumar Pandey said on Thursday that the complainant had a domestic dispute with her husband, the complainant gave the information to the accused. The accused then called the complainant to his house to report at the police station in Bearmada and said that the people of Bearmada would not act properly, I report in Anuppur and forcibly raped Faridia the next day by taking me hostage in an Anuppur rented house. After getting the opportunity, the complainant ran away from her home and told the incident to her family.
