About 10 years ago, the municipal corporation started construction of a community building in the village Bhagwangarh, about three thousand yards away. After some time it was ready, but due to lack of care, the windows and doors of the glass are also chopped. At the same time, the Municipal Corporation officials are talking about its work being tender. He says that work will start soon. About 10 years ago, the government approved the plan to construct several community buildings in the area under the municipal corporation. Under this, community buildings were built in many places including Budiya, Garhi Banjar, Bhagwangarh. An amount of Rs 35 lakh was sanctioned for the community building to be built in village Bhagwangarh. Ravi Oberoi of Municipal Corporation says that there is some minor work left in the building. Its estimate of four lakh rupees has been prepared. He says that the work has been done twice, but no one has taken it. Now tenders will be added again. He says that the building will be prepared and handed over to it by constituting a committee of villagers to look after it.
