Farmers of the country have been on the streets since 25 November to protest against the new agricultural bills. The peasants have morphed to many borders coming to the national capital Delhi. Seeds of government and farmers have been negotiated for many years, but no solution has been found so far. Meanwhile, Bollywood filmmaker Ashok Pandit has targeted Swaraj Party leader Yogendra Yadav, who is playing an active role in the peasant movement.
Ashok Pandit tweeted, “Yogendra Yadav should be arrested for spreading unrest in the country.” An unsuccessful politician who lost his election bail is not allowed to play with the country’s internal security. There are different types of reactions coming from the users on this tweet of Ashok Pandit.
A Twitter user named Sudhakar Mishra wrote, “Not only Yogendra Yadav, Darshan Pal, Tikait and Yudhveer are also taken into custody for wrong rhetoric and inciting peasants.” Another Twitter user wrote, ‘Today he is doing exactly what Swara Bhaskar was doing during the anti-CAA violence. The central government should take strict action against such people.
